Employer of Choice Assist

When you need assistance with building a positive workplace culture, Employer of Choice Assist can help with its free service for Tasmanian small businesses.

For businesses with up to 20 employees, the service can help with:

2026 Recognition Program – Entries now open

The Employer of Choice Recognition Program recognises and promotes Tasmanian organisations that, regardless of their size, are creating supportive and productive workplaces.

Entries to the 2026 Employer of Choice Recognition Program are now open until 31 March 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Information sessions

Two information sessions for prospective applicants will be held on 18^th February and 23^rd February.
