The King Island Subdivision Scheme grant program supports the delivery of new land to market on King Island by helping to cover the costs of development.
Funding
Rebates of up to $25,000 per lot are available to developers to help cover the cost of labour, materials, freight, road infrastructure and utility connections.

Program closes: 31 May 2026, or once the program funds have been fully allocated, whichever occurs first.
