Farm Debt Mediation Grants Program
The Tasmanian Government helps farmers with financial difficulties cover costs for mediation under the Farm Debt Mediation Act 2024 through this program.
Funding
Farmers can receive a $3,000 grant to pay for mediation fees, professional advisory services relevant to mediation travel, accommodation, or room rental. Each farmer can only receive the grant once.
Key dates
The program closes 31 May 2026, or once the funding is fully allocated, whichever occurs first.
