Recognised Employers of Choice
Employers of Choice are recognised by the Tasmanian Government for demonstrating contemporary workplace practices and outstanding support for their staff, and providing opportunities for employees to build an effective work-life balance.
Since 2008, Tasmanian organisations both large and small, from a range of industry, business and community sectors have won awards and continue to be acknowledged as Employers of Choice.
These organisations also generously share their knowledge at Employer of Choice events.
In 2013 a reaccreditation scheme was introduced for Employers of Choice to demonstrate their ongoing commitment.
